INFORMATION
Milestones are short markers designed to reinforce a trail or route as well as pointing towards adjacent or 'next' points of interest.
They are single cassette size units with theming collars and post caps.
If appropriate the Milestone unit can also serve as a small "blue plaque" effect interpreter to show the visitor prominent birthplaces etc.
For public art identification the Milestone will again be appropriate to be placed near to the relevant sculpture.
