National Ice Centre - Booking Office

Caliba were an integral part of the initial design and build of the National Ice Centre which doubles up as the Nottingham Arena.

The order value at the time reached £1.25million from main contractors Laing O' Rourke working on concourse, restaurant and bar and concession fit out throughout the site.

The new operating team were delighted to re-acquaint themselves with Caliba who were asked to look at an extension to the Booking Office to allow a new queuing strategy for Public Skating, dynamic screens and additional capacity.

Original records were reviewed and the project re-drawn to allow the Caliba bench hands to seamlessly tailor the extension directly to the structure on site. A true testimony to accurate and quality workmanship over several years.

Arena customers and staff were equally catered for in a high quality and expedient project, successfully completed within its programme.
